Amelie – aka Miss Gorgeous – was so much fun to work with! This girl is going places!! She’s a hard worker and a sweetheart. Don’t ever underestimate how far being nice will take you! We had a great session in downtown Moses Lake even though it was a bit toasty with the sun blazing down on us. Amelie totally rocked her session and I’m pretty sure she didn’t even break a sweat while doing it. Thanks for choosing me to take your senior portraits, Amelie!! Have a great senior year!

Someday I will catch up, someday I will catch up… Somebody keeps stealing my ruby slippers… Actually, in this house I’m sure it’s nobody who took them!
This session was so much fun! The ‘B’ family was all together for a baptism so they decided to take advantage and have a family portrait made. I’m so glad they did! What a beautiful family! We went to one of my favorite spots right here in Moses Lake and spent some time making pictures that will be loved for a really long time. I can’t believe the luck I’m having lately on portrait shoots. The weather has been perfect every time I’ve gone out this summer! I love it! Here’s a few pictures from their session.

Back to school next Wednesday.
Summer never lasts long enough. I dug out a picture of Ashley on her first day of kindergarten. It’s seems like so long ago, but it was only 5 years!! Or maybe it seems like it was just yesterday. I can’t decide… She would never look directly at the camera back then. Hehehe!

Taylor is kind, beautiful, funny, smart, determined, and awesome!! If you are one of her friends I sure hope you know how lucky you are! It was a bright and sunny day when we headed out to do Taylors senior pictures. I hadn’t been to McCosh park in Moses Lake for forever so we went there first and found some nice spots to do pictures. I was so happy that Taylor brought one of her formal gowns! The color of the dress against her skin was GORGEOUS!! I’m a bit jealous… Enjoy your last year of high school, Taybrook!!
