I'll get right to it - I love weddings! I've been a professional wedding photographer for 8 years and am so grateful to have been able to work with all of my fabulous clients. I've photographed weddings from Seattle, Washington to Baltimore, Maryland and am looking forward to many more where ever they take me. My goal that each of my couples have an outstanding photography experience starts well before the wedding day. I take care to be available and as involved as each client needs from the very first inquiry, to the consultation, to the wedding day itself and beyond. My couples know that they can trust me completely and that trust translates into amazing images and less stress on the big day.
I specialize in documenting wedding day moments and nuances that make each event unique and beautiful. It's so exciting to arrive while the bride is getting ready and to feel the electricity in the air. I love catching the way Dad's face crumples and his cheeks turn red because it seems like the last time he held her she was a squirmy, brand new baby. I love creating vivid, gorgeous images from these fleeting moments for my clients and their families to enjoy for years to come!
Each wedding comes with it's own challenges; crazy weather, unhappy kiddos, difficult lighting, etc., and I enjoy quietly finding solutions for whatever comes up. Through experience I've learned how to work within the conditions presented to me and create beautiful results every time for my wonderful clients. Seven years of documenting weddings results in the assurance that I can be creative under pressure and help the day flow smoothly for my bride and groom.
